Q: Does Custom
Angel Eyes.com own a
BMW X5?
A: Yes we are the proud owners of a 2001 Topaz Blue BMW X5 3.0i.
This vehicle is used to thoroughly test each product before it is released
to the public. Most companies or individuals (especially on eBay) do
not even own the vehicle and therefore have no clue if their product really
works, well
we own one, and we know it works.

Q: What does CCF
stand for?
A: Cold Cathode Flourescene, the revolutionary technology
which powers the rings, and makes them quite possible the brightest
whitest light you have ever seen (apart from the sun :)

Q: What
is the difference between Angel Eyes, Halos or DDE?
A: Nothing. They are all names which have the same
meaning.

Q: How
long will the rings in my Angel Eye headlights work for?
A: They will outlast your vehicle...if you keep them on
24hrs/day they will last around 3 years.

Q: How
does this system compare to other products?
A: You obviously have not yet checked out the page
dedicated to Competitor Comparison.

Q: I
have seen those ugly Angel Eye boxes, do these have them?
A: No. The CCF rings are powered by tiny black
ballasts on the side of the headlight (not visible).

Q: How
hard is the installation?
A: Very easy. For a first-timer with no prior
knowledge under the hood, ETA is .5-1hr total. If you have removed
the headlights before, then it will take much less time. Of course
full removal/installation instructions will be provided upon purchase.

Q: Would
it be possible to see the Angel Eyes live in person?
A: Yes, if you are in the New England area, and would like
to see them in person before purchasing, please contact
us to schedule an appointment.

Q: I
decided I do not want to install them myself, can Custom Angel Eyes.com do
the install for me?
A: Yes, if you are in the New England area, and would like
to have us install your headlights for you, the charge is $150, please contact
us to schedule an appointment.

Q: Are there any wires
or holes or anything else that make the headlights look "messy"?
A: We are perfectionists here at Custom Angel Eyes.com and that
is why our headlights are superior to the competition. Every single wire is
completely hidden from view, nothing shows at all.

Q: Are blue rings on the
Angel Eyes illegal?
A: The answer to this question is unfortunately, yes. Any color
other than white in the Angel Eyes is considered illegal in some
states. We will install any color for you, but with this
warning, we are not liable for any problems that you may receive from law
enforcement. Since these Angel Eyes do turn on/off, with the tap of a
button, if you are careful where
you have them on, you should not receive any trouble. (None of our
customers have ever been pulled over for this reason)

Q: Is
it possible that I may have seen these headlights in my area?
A: Yes, it is possible. Custom Angel Eyes.com has
customers in many states and countries around the world.

Q: How do you re-seal
the lenses on to the headlights?
A: It is very difficult to do correctly, and is the reason
why you should not let anyone in-experienced do this for you.
New sealant is added, to insure a waterproof and weatherproof headlight.
Unfortunately due to the poor design (thanks to the manufacturer; Hella), even
un-modified stock X5 headlights are infamous for getting a little condensation build up,
once in a while. This is not permanent water in the headlight, and it is due to
the high heat produced by the low or high beams. If the problem does not go
away in a couple days, use a hair dryer to warm up the lenses, and the water
will go away, but in all cases that we have witnessed, the condensation has
gone away by itself.

Q: I
still have more questions, and would like to call you, what is your phone
number?
A: So that we do not receive unwanted sales calls, the
phone number has not been published on the website, but please contact
us and we will send it to you.
